Job Description

Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021 and has rapidly grown to become the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world. With over 1200 locations operating across two countries, Flynn Hut has made a significant impact in the fast-food industry. The company's expansion is highlighted by its acquisition of Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia in 2023, which brought over 260 units under its umbrella. Flynn Hut is part of the Flynn Group, a diversified portfolio operator founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. The Flynn Group manages world-class brands across various segments including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. This extensive experience in franchise operations has fueled Flynn Hut’s ongoing growth through new store development and franchise acquisitions.

The core mission at Flynn Hut is to be the premier operator of each brand it represents, guided by the company’s core values: Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One. These values foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and dedication among employees at every level.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Pizza Hut locations who is passionate about leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences. This role offers an opportunity to grow a meaningful career while fostering a positive atmosphere where employees and customers feel like family. The ideal candidate thrives in team environments, enjoys recruiting and mentoring staff, and is committed to excellence in food safety, customer service, and operational management.

As a Pizza Hut Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and managing your team to meet restaurant goals, overseeing profit and loss statements, and driving marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards across food quality, safety procedures, and employee training programs. You will also enjoy continuous learning opportunities and access to training that supports your career advancement.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced restaurant or retail managers looking to elevate their careers within a dynamic and growing company. At Flynn Hut, you will collaborate with passionate and knowledgeable colleagues, face unique challenges that sharpen your skills, and seize opportunities to develop professionally. Our supportive culture emphasizes growth, rewards dedication, and values each team member’s contribution to our shared success.

The position is full-time and offers a competitive starting salary of $77,968.68 annually, alongside monthly profit share bonuses. Additional benefits include flexible schedules, same-day pay, healthcare options, retirement plans, and paid time off. The Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
