Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Direct and administer restaurant operations including financial results, safety, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures and human resource policies
  • Ensure customers are promptly and professionally served according to company guidelines
  • Select, train, direct, develop, and supervise restaurant team members
  • Ensure restaurant services are delivered efficiently and effectively according to company standards
  • Resolve customer questions and problems promptly
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and records
