Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Duties
- Direct and administer restaurant operations including financial results, safety, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures and human resource policies
- Ensure customers are promptly and professionally served according to company guidelines
- Select, train, direct, develop, and supervise restaurant team members
- Ensure restaurant services are delivered efficiently and effectively according to company standards
- Resolve customer questions and problems promptly
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and records
