The General Manager is responsible for driving store performance by managing all aspects of the business, including team engagement, operations, financial management, and guest satisfaction. Working full-time with a compensation range between $20.82 to $39.77 per hour, the General Manager will often have a schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This flexibility ensures leaders are present to support their teams and oversee store operations effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to flexible scheduling

  • Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, and Beekeeper

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and training
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
  • Lead efforts to deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve related issues
  • Drive store performance through sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and financials including budgeting and profit and loss statements
