Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Prior leadership experience required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and accessing all areas of the restaurant
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Capability to manage staff, operations, and finances effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and execution of company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and handling employee relations including discipline and termination
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the team
- Maximize restaurant sales through suggestive selling and efficient table turnover
- Greet guests and handle food quality and service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Maintain safety, health, sanitation, and security standards in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Control operational costs including food, labor, and inventory through effective management and adherence to budgets
- Oversee facility maintenance and company assets
- Perform P&L management and financial reporting
- Handle all other duties as assigned
