Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to understand and manage profit and loss statements
- Strong math and accounting proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to work a 50-hour work week
- Maintain good personal grooming standards
- Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift between 35 and 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Full availability for any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a 50-hour work week
- Good personal grooming
- Physical ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to perform motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- Ability to lift 35-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead through example
- Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Adapt flexibly to changes in the restaurant environment
- Perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers and conducting inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Hire, interview, and train new team members to build the Blaze brand and culture
- Supervise team members preparing pizzas ensuring high product quality, maintenance, and restaurant cleanliness
- Provide daily feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Deliver fast, courteous, and sincere guest service
- Perform other duties as assigned
