Job Requirements

- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
- Capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift
- Must be self-motivated and have leadership skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform, teach, and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, and Delivery Driver positions

- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure food safety and maintain store cleanliness
- Manage inventory and stock ordering
- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and control expenses
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling
- Maintain brand compliance and quality standards
- Coach and task-manage employees to optimize performance
