Position Overview: The General Manager at Ace Pickleball Club San Jose serves as the cornerstone of the member experience and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site leadership position commands significant autonomy and offers considerable room for professional growth within a thriving brand. The General Manager is responsible for setting the tone and culture of the club, ensuring that members feel welcome and engaged the moment they enter the facility. You will lead by example, knowing members by name and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of club operations, including member relations, staff management, marketing efforts, and financial oversight. You will also take charge of hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of club staff to maintain high performance standards. Additionally, managing the Point-of-Sale system, achieving revenue targets, maintaining financial controls, coordinating events and programming, and ensuring the facility's cleanliness and safety are crucial to success in this role.
