We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at the location in Roswell, GA. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $59,000 and falls under the Team Member category. As General Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning throughout the day. Your role will be pivotal in managing food and labor costs, recruiting and hiring capable staff, and providing training that empowers team members to understand and meet success benchmarks. You will set standards that maintain the quality and readiness of our sandwiches while fostering an inviting atmosphere for both employees and customers.
