Job Requirements
- A high school diploma
- minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- knowledge of P and L statements
- basic math and accounting skills
- strong communication and leadership skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work 50 hours per week
- good personal grooming
- physical ability to stand for long hours
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds

- strong guest service, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- full availability for any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to perform physical motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Leading through example
- working as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- adapting to change in a restaurant environment
- performing administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring food safety standards
- building the Blaze brand and culture by interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- overseeing a diverse team to prepare high-quality pizzas and maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- providing daily feedback and performance reviews to develop and lead the team
- cultivating the guest experience by delivering fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
- performing other assigned duties
