The role being offered is a leadership opportunity within Mo' Bettahs that involves managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure daily brand execution is met with excellence and efficiency. This position is not only about maintaining high standards but also about embodying and promoting Mo' Bettahs' cultural values both internally with the team and externally with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant cleanliness, ensuring fast and quality food preparation as measured by transaction times, and driving sales growth through effective team leadership and operational management.
Other critical aspects of the role include serving as the primary contact for all customer service issues, leading weekly coordination meetings with key staff members, reviewing employee schedules, and completing necessary operational reports such as staffing guides, inventory management, and online ordering. Strong emphasis is placed on adhering to company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security while maintaining a neat appearance and fostering a respectful and positive work culture.
Applicants can expect a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with additional monthly and annual bonus potentials based on store performance metrics. - high school diploma or GED
- two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- ability to make difficult personnel decisions

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- competent in all FOH and BOH position
- responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
- responsible for same store sales growth
- responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards
- coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- review weekly employee schedules
- complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
- have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture
- follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
