The General Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and active role crucial to the success and smooth running of their entertainment centers. This role is designed for energetic and hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Unlike a typical managerial role, this position is embedded in a vibrant atmosphere packed with bowling lanes, arcade games, fantastic parties, and quality food and beverages.
As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your center's operations, including entertainment activities, food and beverage sales, and the maintenance and management of the physical property and equipment. Your leadership is essential to cultivating a positive and productive team environment, ensuring that every staff member can perform at their best. The General Manager is the central figure coordinating floor management, scheduling, planning, and communication efforts among team members to create an exceptional guest experience.
Financial acumen plays a significant role as you develop operational budgets and financial plans, closely monitoring performance metrics to ensure the center meets its financial goals. Responsibilities include managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and driving the profitable growth of food and beverage sales. Equipped with strong analytical and decision-making skills, you will utilize weekly and monthly profit and loss statements to adjust strategies and maximize revenue.
Training and team development form a backbone of the role. Supervision of training programs ensures that staff members excel in guest service, food and beverage operations, and company standards, all while maintaining loss prevention practices. You will manage supervisors and direct reports including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers, fostering a collaborative and motivated leadership team.
High morale and a positive workplace culture are paramount, and you will be the driving force behind maintaining a motivated team. Handling human resource issues and loss prevention concerns promptly will ensure a healthy work environment. Your commitment to making guests a top priority shines through your dedication to achieving and surpassing guest service goals and managing customer complaints to complete satisfaction.
Flexibility is key in this position, as shift schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as required by business needs. This role promises to be engaging, challenging, and rewarding for those passionate about operational excellence and delivering world-class customer experiences in an entertainment setting.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package. Benefits include healthcare coverage and a variety of additional perks designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. Join Lucky Strike Entertainment and become part of an innovative team dedicated to delivering unforgettable entertainment and creating joyous moments for guests and employees alike.
