Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Solid communication skills
Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication with staff
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular meetings with management to review performance, adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- Maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
- Resolve customer complaints and achieve guest service objectives
- Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
