Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- ServSafe certification required
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including peak shifts and varied schedules
- ability to perform administrative tasks related to payroll and compliance
- commitment to uphold company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of food safety regulations including ServSafe certification
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze financial statements and control costs
- experience in staff recruitment and training
- excellent problem-solving capabilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations including staffing and performance management
- oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain high quality food preparation and guest service
- respond to and resolve guest complaints
- conduct weekly food excellence audits
- lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
