Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • ServSafe certification required
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including peak shifts and varied schedules
  • ability to perform administrative tasks related to payroll and compliance
  • commitment to uphold company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of food safety regulations including ServSafe certification
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze financial statements and control costs
  • experience in staff recruitment and training
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing and performance management
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain high quality food preparation and guest service
  • respond to and resolve guest complaints
  • conduct weekly food excellence audits
  • lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
