Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in cash handling

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all food and products follow the standard operating procedures
  • ensure that the team follows the standard operating procedures of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure the appearance of the facility through the training of employees and by creating a positive, productive working environment
  • control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • follow up on all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • ensure that all delivered products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurants receiving policies and procedures
  • be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures
  • achieve company objectives in service, quality, sales, and profitability
