This position is for a full-time General Manager role, offering competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually. As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. We seek a hands-on leader with at least three years of general management experience in a quick service or fast-casual restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to develop and mentor team members.

Job Requirements

  • strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
