Job Requirements
- At least 3 years as a general manager in a QSR or fast-casual restaurant environment
- strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
- great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals
- hands-on management style
- knowledgeable in restaurant administrative operations
- great communication and problem-solving skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
