Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age minimum
- Must be certified with appropriate state or local health department
- Must possess appropriate license and permit to sell alcoholic beverages where applicable
- Ability to work various schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment
- Display professional image and appearance
- Willingness to transfer locations if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Experience with profit and loss management
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a team
- Basic mathematical skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to subordinate managers and team members
- Ensure compliance with all company food safety, health, safety and sanitation requirements
- Maintain safe working conditions by enforcing company safety, security and maintenance policies
- Hire, develop, evaluate, coach and counsel managers and team members
- Manage entire store operations including systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll, and guest interactions
- Control profit and loss through cash control, inventory management, food cost, labor management, and financial reporting
- Generate schedules to ensure appropriate coverage to drive sales and profits
- Engage in local restaurant marketing efforts
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
