The company is currently seeking a senior-level General Manager for the Shepherdsville location. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operational success, including profit and loss management, labor efficiency, customer experience, equipment uptime, safety, cleanliness, and the consistent implementation of company systems and leadership practices. This role is not a typical desk job; it requires hands-on leadership where the General Manager frequently works alongside the team, especially during peak business hours, to ensure that operational standards are met and exceeded.
