Job Description

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is a rapidly expanding premium car wash franchise headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Shepherdsville location, one of the company’s major sites, plays a critical role in both current operations and future expansion plans. The company is currently seeking a senior-level General Manager for the Shepherdsville location. This full-time leadership position is vital in driving site performance, building strong teams, and upholding the high standards that define the Cheetah Clean brand. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operational success, including profit and loss management, labor efficiency, customer experience, equipment uptime, safety, cleanliness, and the consistent implementation of company systems and leadership practices. This role is not a typical desk job; it requires hands-on leadership where the General Manager frequently works alongside the team, especially during peak business hours, to ensure that operational standards are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will lead with clarity, consistency, and discipline, building culture and accountability while developing future managers and leaders within the company.

This position offers strong growth potential, with high performers being considered for multi-site or regional leadership roles as Cheetah Clean continues to expand. Candidates should be experienced senior managers preferably with backgrounds in high-volume retail, food service, hospitality, logistics, or other service-based industries that require managing fast-paced and performance-driven environments. They must be comfortable taking ownership of results, setting high standards, and solving problems proactively. The General Manager will be expected to be present during critical operating hours, including early mornings, weekends, and busy periods, to actively lead and support the team’s success.
