Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables
- Valid driver's license
- Certification through assigned IHOP training courses
Job Qualifications

- Ability to speak and read English effectively
- Strong communication skills for speaking before groups
- Proficiency in basic math including rate, ratio, and percent calculations
- Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with employees and guests
- Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees
- Execute annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives
- Manage restaurant floor and handle guest complaints professionally
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Recruit, train, and retain employees according to SOP
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies timely
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and premises
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety program
- Implement security procedures and control cash handling
- Execute marketing promotions and maintain promotional materials
- Complete all required reports and maintain accurate personnel files
- Perform other assigned duties
