Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets including food and beverage sales
  • Control labor costs and expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective communication
  • Supervise and conduct training for staff on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Oversee and review center performance through regular management meetings and profit and loss statements
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve customer complaints appropriately
  • Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
