Job Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong team player
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets including food and beverage sales
- Control labor costs and expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective communication
- Supervise and conduct training for staff on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Oversee and review center performance through regular management meetings and profit and loss statements
- Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve customer complaints appropriately
- Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
