Job Requirements

  • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Must be able to take and provide direction and work well with others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop staff
  • Create and maintain an engaged employee culture
  • Work and communicate effectively with team members
  • Monitor and achieve restaurant objectives
