Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous hotel management or assistant management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to be available 24 hours as required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Advanced education in hospitality preferred
- Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Job Duties
- Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards
- Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists
- Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance
- Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records
