Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Must value diversity and show respect for others
- Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations
- Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contributing factors
- Identifies and anticipates opportunities for improvement and implements corrective action steps
- Must be able to perform job duties of every position
- Must be prepared to multitask according to business demands
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
- Available to travel occasionally including overnight and airline travel
- Licensed to operate an automobile with no hours restrictions
- Has reliable transportation to meet banking obligations

Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations execution and staff management
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote a "Guests First" environment
- Attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain restaurant managers and hourly employees
- Direct restaurant operations to maintain Denny's Brand Standards for food and facilities
- Develop and execute local store marketing plans and build community relationships
- Interpret financial and operational reports, analyze data, and develop solutions for operational gaps
- Monitor security, cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with employment policies and regulations
