Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation
- secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to motivate and develop team members
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals
