Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees
- Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
- Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor
- Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Monitor sales growth and cost control of the cafe against the budgeted expectation and historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met
- Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty
- Present a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards
- Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials
- Execute marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines
- Build cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Crew Members to ensure the cafe is staffed at the appropriate level
