The role available is a full-time management position located on-site at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This role is essential in delivering on the brand’s promise and values, which include Solid Relationships, Playing to Win, Creative Spirit, and Living Better. The manager will be responsible for monitoring sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations to ensure that profit goals are consistently met. They will maintain and strive to exceed customer expectations, building strong brand loyalty by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment. The manager also upholds a consistent and professional image for both the cafe and crew by ensuring all sanitation and appearance standards are strictly followed. Communication plays a key role, as they must stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials and execute sales programs following company guidelines. A major aspect of the job includes cultivating relationships within the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns to increase cafe sales. Additionally, the manager leads recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new crew members to maintain appropriate staffing levels and support operational excellence. The compensation starts at $1000 per week, with additional earnings potential through tips, bonus pay, and signing bonuses.
