This particular role is for a General Manager position, which is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of one of McDonald's restaurant locations. The General Manager leads the overall restaurant experience by managing food production, guest service, and the efforts of both crew members and managers. This role demands someone who is proactive and skilled in leading people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for planning and making important business decisions regarding inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management. You will also ensure food safety standards are met according to McDonald's rigorous guidelines, uphold high standards of guest and employee safety, and oversee maintenance to guarantee that the restaurant meets and exceeds operational expectations.

The successful candidate will be passionate about serving and helping others and possess effective communication skills to anticipate customer needs and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is offered, coupled with a rewarding pay package starting from approximately $65,890 to $77,425 per year, inclusive of cash incentives.
