The position available is a critical management role within a Wendy's restaurant operated by JAE Restaurant Group. This role involves managing both the operations and personnel of the restaurant, ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and programs are executed effectively. The manager is responsible for meeting restaurant objectives across multiple performance areas including customer service, cleanliness, and team management while adhering to federal, state, and local laws as well as ethical business practices. Leadership, direction, and development of subordinate managers and crew members are key components of this position, with an emphasis on creating and sustaining a "People Excellence" culture within the restaurant. This job demands flexibility as the manager must be willing and able to work various shifts throughout the week.
