Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
