Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Proficient in budget and P&L management

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing operations within major hotel brands is a plus
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management is preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight
  • Drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
  • Lead and coach the hotel team to foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure highest standards of customer service and daily inspection of rooms
  • Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to maintain alignment
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and occupancy targets
  • Administer performance management and disciplinary actions
