Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Proficient in budget and P&L management
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands is a plus
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management is preferred
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- Drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
- Lead and coach the hotel team to foster a positive work environment
- Ensure highest standards of customer service and daily inspection of rooms
- Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to maintain alignment
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and occupancy targets
- Administer performance management and disciplinary actions
