Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- valid Driver's License required
- ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays
- strong decision-making and communication skills
- proficiency in Windows and company software
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- attention to detail and deadline oriented
- effective conflict resolution and listening skills
- legal age to serve alcohol at select properties
- basic knowledge of local market
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision including guest room and public space inspections
- onboard new team members and ensure adherence to onboarding checklist
- complete all Daily Summary and Night Audit processes
- start and complete shift handover reports and upload daily reports
- oversee brand standards compliance through self-audits and external audits
- enforce uniform standards and positive guest greeting
- certify all fire and life safety inspections are current and corrected
- confirm preventative maintenance tasks are performed and visually checked
- manage team adherence to work schedules and displace shifts as needed
- foster a culture of learning and safety
- ensure staff training and functional expertise
- communicate future growth opportunities and career paths to staff
- provide daily coaching with positive feedback
- review previous day time clock punches according to policy
- manage purchase order processes and invoice submissions
- ensure proper invoice processing and accrual
- maintain clean and organized inventory storage as per MCR guidelines
