Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- valid Driver's License required

Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision including guest room and public space inspections
- onboard new team members and ensure adherence to onboarding checklist
- complete all Daily Summary and Night Audit processes
- start and complete shift handover reports and upload daily reports
- oversee brand standards compliance through self-audits and external audits
- enforce uniform standards and positive guest greeting
- certify all fire and life safety inspections are current and corrected
- confirm preventative maintenance tasks are performed and visually checked
- manage team adherence to work schedules and displace shifts as needed
