The role of General Manager at Wendy's is a cornerstone position responsible for the success and smooth operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • Must have a great personality a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team and be upbeat and engaging
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Mobility including bending reaching wiping and carrying
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break

Job Qualifications

  • QSR or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
