We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead and manage the operations of our Wendy's restaurant located at 436 Main Street, Lapeer, MI. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The General Manager will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, upholding all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, performance management, and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and ethical business practices
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a fast-food or restaurant operation

Job Duties
