We are currently looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager who embodies these values and is passionate about leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns and providing exceptional service. The Restaurant Manager will inspire and motivate team members to exceed performance goals, maintain optimal staffing, and foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability. In addition, overseeing food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards is critical to uphold the brand's reputation.

The ideal candidate will take charge of driving profitability by managing inventory efficiently and minimizing waste. They will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing crew members and management personnel. Clear communication of goals, expectations, and company standards is essential to maintain operational excellence. Moreover, ensuring compliance with cash control, safety, and operational guidelines is a key focus, alongside executing local marketing initiatives designed to boost sales and strengthen community engagement.

This full-time position requires the candidate to have reliable transportation and the ability to work approximately 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Valid driver's license and a dedication to timeliness and a sense of urgency are mandatory. The role demands a person who takes absolute pride in their work, values customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food and cleanliness standards. Competence with Microsoft Office, back-of-house technologies, and human resource information systems (HRIS) technology platforms is expected.

Physical demands of the job include regular standing and walking, talking and hearing to communicate effectively, handling and reaching with hands and arms, as well as occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is necessary. Candidates should have good peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels is common in this environment. Adaptability to meet deadlines and changing priorities is crucial, with some intermittent travel required for training or regional support.
