Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinctly separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, allowing them to operate under the iconic McDonald’s brand while functioning as an independent business entity. Consequently, this franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees at the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous experience managing high volume restaurant locations preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support a team of Department Managers to meet their goals
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
  • Monitor the progress of various departments and implement improvements as needed
