Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- previous experience as an assistant general manager or general manager
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- ability to lead a team
- strong organizational skills
- must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous assistant general manager or general manager experience
- experience running high volume quick service restaurant locations
- hospitality or retail experience is a plus
- leadership and team management skills
- ability to set goals and execute plans
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- lead a team of department managers to achieve restaurant goals
- set and follow up on departmental goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- support the overall restaurant profitability
- ensure the restaurant meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- hire and develop department and shift managers
- manage daily restaurant operations
