Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have prior general manager experience
- be able to work in a fast-paced quick service environment
- possess strong leadership qualities
- good communication skills
- ability to manage multiple departments
- have a commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's high customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set the restaurant's goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on progress
- improve restaurant operations through department improvements
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee scheduling and staffing to maintain effective restaurant operations
