The franchisee holds a license that allows them to use McDonald's logos, brand, and food products, but any employment offered through this posting will be with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees.
