This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • experience managing high volume restaurant locations
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • effective communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and following up on progress
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a competent leadership team
  • ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high operational standards
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and financial management
