Job Duties

- develop and execute store marketing plans to maximize sales potential
- ensure systems and routines are in place to improve sales and transactions
- conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures
- execute national and co-op promotions to maximize sales potential
- manage expenses and meet budgeted targets
- use proper security and safety measures at all times
- maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and food safety
- manage planned maintenance of equipment
- accurately project, measure and control all profit and loss line items
- measure and improve external customer satisfaction
- effectively schedule to build business on all day parts
- maintain all physical aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping and equipment
- ensure all security procedures are executed
- recruit, select, develop and retain crew and management dedicated to customer satisfaction
- plan and conduct leadership team meetings
- complete and present performance appraisals
- enforce and educate on policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
- model performance standards for all crew stations
- increase employee loyalty and satisfaction
- manage development and training of crew and management employees
- interview applicants
