Job Duties

  • develop and execute store marketing plans to maximize sales potential
  • ensure systems and routines are in place to improve sales and transactions
  • conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures

  • manage expenses and meet budgeted targets
  • use proper security and safety measures at all times
  • maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and food safety
  • manage planned maintenance of equipment
  • accurately project, measure and control all profit and loss line items
  • measure and improve external customer satisfaction
  • effectively schedule to build business on all day parts
  • maintain all physical aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping and equipment
  • ensure all security procedures are executed
  • recruit, select, develop and retain crew and management dedicated to customer satisfaction
  • plan and conduct leadership team meetings
  • complete and present performance appraisals
  • enforce and educate on policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
  • model performance standards for all crew stations
  • increase employee loyalty and satisfaction
  • manage development and training of crew and management employees
  • interview applicants

  • and communicate with next manager to ensure smooth shift transitions
