This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA, meaning that all staffing, employment, and operational decisions are carried out solely by this independent franchise organization. While the restaurant serves McDonald's menu items and maintains brand standards, the employer for this role will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This distinction is important for employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and managing the workplace environment. McDonald's USA is not involved in the employment processes or decisions for this location.
We are currently seeking dynamic Business Leaders to join our team. The position involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of both managers and crew members within the restaurant environment. As a Business Leader, you will play a critical role in executing business plans, driving operational excellence, and fostering a positive customer experience. Your leadership will influence the success of the team and the overall performance of the restaurant.
In this role, you will hold yourself and your team accountable to high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for tracking monthly results and analyzing trends to inform business forecasting and planning. Strong organization and strategic thinking are key as you plan work and coordinate the efforts of your team toward achieving designated business goals. Being customer-focused and maintaining honest, open communication are essential traits for success in this leadership position.
A significant part of your responsibilities will involve developing the skills and talents of the crew and managers, helping them grow professionally and contribute effectively to the business. You will be expected to lead by example and engage your team in the execution of business strategies, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated.
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
