Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations required
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them in collaboration with leadership
- Lead Department Managers by helping them set goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong management team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Foster a positive workplace culture that motivates employees and drives performance
