The General Manager at Wendy's plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. This full-time position entails responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's performance, including implementing company policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, and maintaining ethical business practices. The General Manager leads and develops a diverse team comprised of Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members, fostering an engaged and motivated work culture. They ensure that all restaurant objectives are met or exceeded by optimizing operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the General Manager works closely with the team to promote a positive environment that supports growth, collaboration, and accountability. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-paced environment, and excellent communication capabilities to coordinate effectively with store staff and company leadership. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to comply with all company policies and legal regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
