Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant management
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to comply with all company policies and legal regulations

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations

Develop and maintain an engaged and motivated team culture
Monitor restaurant performance and achieve targets
Communicate effectively with all team members
