- minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- basic math skills
- knowledge of P and L statements
- strong communication skills
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour week
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds
- physical ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of P and L statements
- basic math and accounting skills
- strong guest service skills
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- conflict resolution abilities
- full availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work 50-hour work week
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead by example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- remain flexible to change in a restaurant environment
- perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards
- build the Blaze brand by interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- oversee team in preparing pizzas and maintaining product quality, restaurant maintenance, and cleanliness
- provide daily feedback and performance reviews to team
- jump in where needed to cultivate the guest experience with fast, courteous, sincere and positive service
- perform other duties as assigned
