- knowledge of McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- experience managing high volume restaurant locations
- background in quick service restaurant industry preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure compliance with McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create action plans
- lead and coach Department Managers
- oversee the hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- monitor departmental progress and performance
- foster team collaboration and operational excellence
