Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • proven experience running a high volume restaurant
  • knowledge of McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent organizational and planning skills
  • capable of hiring and developing management staff
  • commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • experience managing high volume restaurant locations
  • background in quick service restaurant industry preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • ability to set and achieve goals

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure compliance with McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create action plans
  • lead and coach Department Managers
  • oversee the hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor departmental progress and performance
  • foster team collaboration and operational excellence
