Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to manage restaurant operations and teams effectively
- Previous experience in general management roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to upholding McDonald’s standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience
- Experience running high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail also considered
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- Lead and support Department Managers to achieve goals
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Maintain high operational standards in a high-volume environment
