This Franchisee operates multiple Jimmy Johns Sandwiches locations across six states including Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This particular role is for a Restaurant Manager position located at 6570 S Yosemite St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, United States. The role primarily entails overseeing the entire restaurant operation to guarantee high quality products and excellent customer service are consistently delivered while ensuring the profitability of the store. This is a management position responsible for supervising a team including 3 Assistant Managers and an hourly workforce ranging from 3 to 50 employees with labor hours exceeding 50 per week. The manager ensures compliance with operational standards by assigning work responsibilities, managing hiring, training, performance evaluations, discipline, and termination of employees. In addition to labor management, the role involves inventory control through ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of food, labor, cleaning, equipment, and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service management
- Ability to manage staff of up to 50 employees
- Proficient in English language communication
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge of computer software such as Excel and Word
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear and see clearly
- Flexibility to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Availability to work in a moderately noisy work environment
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Willingness to perform preventative maintenance

Job Duties
- Manage a staff of 3 Assistant Managers and 3-50 employees exceeding 50 labor hours weekly
- Assign, oversee and evaluate work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
- Provide on the job training for new employees
- Delegate ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to minimize loss
- Assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
- Forecast food items consumption per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations during duty
- Assist in cashier duties during rush periods
- Ensure every customer receives world class customer service
- Route deliveries and supervise drivers
- Complete daily food preparations
- Execute systems and procedures with integrity
- Complete daily, weekly and period paperwork accurately
- Control inventory and maintain ordering schedules
- Conduct weekly manager meetings
- Audit systems and shift ending paperwork
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Manage cash drawers during shifts
- Handle deposits and change orders per procedures
