Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods of 4 to 8 hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening required
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate safety measures
- ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- ability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage

- must use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
- ability to work indoors and outdoors and adapt to different environments

Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- effective problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to organize multiple priorities and staff effectively
- attention to detail regarding food quality, cleanliness, and safety
