Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods of 4 to 8 hours with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions using hands and arms

  • capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • occasional sitting, talking, and active listening required
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate safety measures

  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • ability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage
  • exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
  • must use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors and adapt to different environments
  • awareness of potential hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • experience managing budgets and controlling costs

  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to organize multiple priorities and staff effectively
