Job Requirements

ability to stand for extended periods of 4 to 8 hours with periodic breaks
perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
occasional sitting, talking, and active listening required
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate safety measures
ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen

Job Qualifications

at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
proven leadership and team development skills
strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
experience managing budgets and controlling costs
effective problem-solving skills
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to organize multiple priorities and staff effectively
attention to detail regarding food quality, cleanliness, and safety
