This role manages the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring the successful execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The restauranteur in this position will oversee the daily activities in all areas of the restaurant, striving to meet and exceed organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with company guidelines and regulations. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices, providing leadership, direction, training, and professional development to subordinate managers and crew members.

The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about Wendy's operating systems and procedures, company policies, financial analysis, staffing, training, and employment law. They are expected to lead by example, demonstrating excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills that motivate and inspire their team. The individual will engage in hands-on management, effective communication, and strategic decision-making aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and manuals
  • Ability to present information effectively to diverse groups
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages and apply basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of profit and loss analysis
  • Experience with supervisory and employee training practices
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents
  • Strong communication skills for presenting information and responding to inquiries
  • Mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
  • Reasoning ability to solve problems and interpret technical instructions
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and systems

  • Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements, taking corrective actions as necessary
