Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and manuals
- Ability to present information effectively to diverse groups
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages and apply basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis
- Experience with supervisory and employee training practices
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents
- Strong communication skills for presenting information and responding to inquiries
- Mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
- Reasoning ability to solve problems and interpret technical instructions
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Lead, train, and develop subordinate managers and crew members
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements, taking corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and business ethics
- Conduct interviewing and hiring practices consistent with company guidelines
- Oversee planning and budgeting for effective resource management
