As a leader in the fitness industry, OneLife Fitness focuses on creating welcoming, supportive, and energizing gym environments in communities across the country. Their clubs emphasize not just physical fitness but a holistic approach to member health and wellness, providing state-of-the-art facilities, diverse programming, and member-centered services that foster long-term success and satisfaction. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and community engagement, OneLife Fitness continually expands its network of clubs, offering ample opportunities for employee growth and career development in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The role of Club Manager at OneLife Fitness positions you at the helm of a thriving, fast-expanding fitness club, where you will act as the primary leader, driving the club’s success through exceptional team management and operational excellence. This is a full-time position that involves ownership of daily operations, sales targets, member engagement, and financial responsibilities including budgeting and revenue growth. As the Club Manager, you will lead a motivated team of department heads and staff, coach them to achieve peak performance, and ensure an environment that aligns with OneLife’s brand values of safety, cleanliness, and superior guest service. Your leadership will be critical in cultivating a vibrant club culture that promotes both employee and member satisfaction.

Your day-to-day duties will include managing club performance metrics related to membership growth, personal training, and programming, as well as overseeing financial aspects such as profit and loss, payroll, and monthly reporting. You will also be actively involved on the floor during peak hours, converting tours into memberships and supporting exceptional member experiences by addressing issues and feedback promptly. Part of the position’s responsibility includes maintaining compliance with safety and emergency standards and leading by example, inspiring your team through a hands-on leadership style. This role requires a proactive, personable, and professional manager who thrives under pressure and has a strong sales acumen that they can impart to their team.

By joining OneLife Fitness as a Club Manager, you enter a company that not only values your leadership but also offers professional development opportunities, employee recognition, and career advancement within a rapidly expanding network. You will find satisfaction in directly impacting the lives of members and the professional growth of your team while enjoying generous benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a comprehensive 401(k) plan.
