Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Safe service certification preferred
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts including day, morning, and preferred night shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold people accountable
- Strong operational instincts and financial awareness
- Ability to make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who leads from the front

- Jimmy John’s experience is a strong plus
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations focusing on speed, quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members to meet performance standards
- Hold team accountable to policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently
- Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to achieve profitability goals
- Create schedules, oversee payroll, and conduct performance reviews
