Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Safe service certification preferred
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts including day, morning, and preferred night shifts
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold people accountable
  • Strong operational instincts and financial awareness
  • Ability to make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who leads from the front
  • Organized and disciplined with strong expectation-setting skills
  • Jimmy John’s experience is a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations focusing on speed, quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members to meet performance standards
  • Hold team accountable to policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently
  • Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to achieve profitability goals
  • Create schedules, oversee payroll, and conduct performance reviews
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Build a culture of ownership, integrity, and respect
