Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience preferred
- 18 years or older
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to train and develop staff
- commitment to upholding quality and service standards
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager at high-volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants is strongly desired
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- good organizational skills
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- provide training and development to staff
