Successful candidates must complete specified training programs, including GM Core classes and a Crew Interviewing Workshop, within 90 days of hire or promotion. Additionally, possessing a Serve-Safe certification is mandatory, ensuring the manager understands food safety standards critical to the restaurant's reputation and customer safety.
