Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- One to two years related experience or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Complete GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Serve-Safe certification

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with company’s policies and procedures
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- Experience with supervisory practices
- Knowledge of planning and budgeting
- Skilled in interviewing and training and development practices
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents and technical procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Plan and budget for the restaurant
- Conduct interviewing and hiring practices
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Maintain Serve-Safe certification
