This means if you are hired for this role, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates the restaurant independently, ensuring all employment matters are handled internally without any control or involvement from McDonald's USA.

The restaurant itself is part of the globally recognized McDonald's brand, known for its quick service food and commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness. The role being offered is that of a General Manager at a McDonald's restaurant.
