Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- previous general manager experience preferred
- ability to lead and develop a team
- familiarity with quick service restaurant operations preferred
- excellent organizational skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail beneficial

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers
- help Department Managers set goals and provide coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee restaurant operations to improve departments and overall business
