Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience
- experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus
- proven leadership and people management skills
- strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management capabilities
- demonstrated passion for guest relations and service excellence
- ability to handle problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- strong community engagement skills
- flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of hotel management experience
